Join Chef Tad in welcoming Michael Hughes of Cooper Mountain Vineyards for an evening of delicious food, wine, and community at the Heyday Farmhouse. Located in Eastern Oregon, Cooper Mountain Vineyards grows five varietals with a commitment to sustainability. They are also certified organic and practicing bio-dynamic farming and wine making. You will have an opportunity to learn more about their unique dry farming techniques and delve into the intricacies of their process. The festivities will commence in our gorgeous barn with Michael pouring a tasting of selections from their winery. After the tasting, you will be invited over to the Farmhouse to enjoy a farm-centric 4-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef, Tadao Mitsui.
