About Event

In celebration of WA Wine Month, Ivar's Acres of Clams invites you to an elegant 5-course dinner with wine pairings from award-winning Gilbert Cellars.

- Multi-course menu presented by executive Chef Chris Garr featuring Dungeness Crab, Seared Fresh Scallops, Pan Seared Filet Mignon, Grilled King Salmon and Chocolate Ganache Cake
- Meet and interact with winery partner Charlie Gilbert as he presents and shares his knowledge about Gilbert Cellars true-to-varietal Washington Wines


1st course:
Gilbert Cellars Unoaked Chardonnay
Fresh Dungeness crab, mango coulis, English cucumber, micro greens

2nd course:
Gilbert Cellars Rosé
Seared fresh scallops, Meyer lemon scented mascarpone cheese, Meyer lemons, baby arugula, olive oil poached Marcona almonds

3rd course:
Gilbert Cellars Allobroges
Pan seared filet mignon, grain mustard pan sauce, roasted shiitake mushrooms, rosemary Yukon gold potato gratin

4th course:
Gilbert Cellars Left Bank
Grilled King salmon, sorrel puree, house smoked pork belly, rosemary sherry roasted baby beets

5th course:
Gilbert Cellars NV Tempranillo
Chocolate ganache cake, rosemary scented chocolate ganache, blackberry coulis, whipped vanilla cream, fresh berries
