The Tasting Tool builds relationships between consumers and wineries by connecting wine event goers with the wines they tasted....
We will help you sell more wine and build relationships with your customers. Guests from every event where your wine is poured can find your wines on thetastingtool.com and buy them. Again. And again.
You inspire people to discover new and exciting wines. Now inspire people to buy them.
Keep the party going. With thetastingtool.com, your guests will revisit the fabulous time they had at your event by enjoying the wines in their own homes. We bet they’ll come back next year!

Join us for the first of our quarterly 'feasts'. We've all been to our share of Winemaker Dinners (and if you haven't, you should!) - but we felt there was a bit missing from ones we've hosted in the past. Our quarterly feasts will offer a complete immersion in the Pacific Northwest; wine to food, and the menus are built around the wine. All four courses have been carefully thought out, and while we eat we'll learn about the wine, the food and what makes them go so well together.
Albariño // white asparagus + citrus buerre blanc
Asparagus and wine are a notoriously difficult pairing- but the mildness of white asparagus paired with a bright, lemony buerre blanc (infused with our Albariño) make these two natural companions- not to mention the asparagus in the Tri-Cities is unbeatable.
Rosé of Sangiovese // black pepper strawberry gazpacho
Our award-winning rosé almost always makes the palate dance with the thought of strawberry - and sometimes with those kind of tasting cues you've just got to lean in! We're pairing the rosé with a savory strawberry, basil, black pepper gazpacho; complete with housemade croutons.
Côtes du Rôb // lamb chops with Côtes du Rôb gastrique + brown butter radishes
Need we say more?
Orange Muscat // orange zest shortbread + buttermilk ice cream
With dessert, sometimes it is difficult to pair a not-as-sweet wine with your sweets of choice, because the wine must be the sweetest component to really do any party any good... ergo the rich, buttery, creaminess of the shortbread and ice cream are beautifully set off against the zestiness of the Orange Muscat!
